Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


With all purchases we provide a 14 day exchange policy, where if the products are faulty we will exchange them (except for cartomizers, atomizers, clearomizers etc. see below for more details). After you request a refund all goods must be returned by post at your expense and you must take care to ensure that they are returned in as good as new condition. Atomizers and Cartomizers are covered by our 14 day exchange policy if they are still sealed in their packaging; as soon as they have been opened or used they are exempt from our 14 day policy. Atomizers and Cartomizers are allowed to be returned if they are dead on arrival. We must however be notified of this within 48 hours.

 As soon as we receive you’re returned faulty goods we will test for any faults and issue a replacement. Any costs incurred sending the goods back to us will be refunded, as long as your goods test faulty. If you have change your mind and only inspected the goods, but haven't used them, then non-faulty products can be returned if they are unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging.

All our products come with a 30 day guarantee there is no extended warranty available on any of our products so long no visible damage to the product.

Cartomizers, atomizer and cosmetic damages carry no guarantee except for faulty on arrival, we can not replace faulty or damaged goods after this period.
